Refunds & Order Cancellations
Yes — your order may be canceled provided it has not shipped yet. After it has been processed and transferred to the delivery carrier, we can no longer pause it while it is on the way.
If you think your order has not been dispatched, contact us right away at drivseshowerhead@gmail.com and include your order number.
After an order has shipped, it is already with the carrier and moving through their fulfillment network. From that point forward, we do not have a way to intercept or change the package.
If your order is already in transit, our support team can help with return or refund choices once the delivery has been completed.
